Crawlspaces
Crawlspaces under pier and beam foundations can be a source of air quality problems when moisture levels are elevated.  Keeping rainwater out and maintaining plumbing are key to moisture build-up.  Monitoring relative humidity levels in crawlspaces is recommended.
